Force Feeding Chocolate…

by on Apr.17, 2008

With our test database down at work I find myself with strangely nothing to do. A lot of our coding/testing happens on the test database so when it goes down the programmers at work are kind of left in a certain limbo. So now I find myself catching up on past news. Did you read about the UK politician who compares husband rape to force feeding a woman chocolate? Well, with people like that in power who can complain about the state of the world?

Helen has asked me to spread the word about an art project her friend is doing – Lovemarks. A community focused art project where the artists asks people to send in photo’s of the different “love marks” left behind on people’s bodies. Personally, I’m waiting for the picture of someone with a black-eye. Maybe it came from someone trying to force feed chocolate to someone.

Well, I think the database is back up. I should get back to the code that’s staring back at me. Maybe after this last sip of coffee.
