New Years Eve 2008

New Years Eve 2008 found me in Redondo Beach celebrating it with dinner, drinks, and lots of beach fun. We celebrated the end to a very strange year for me and toasted to a brighter year filled with adventure and the unknown.
Strange circumstances and ill planning lead to our last minute event at a restaurant in Redondo Beach but I don’t think I could’ve had a better time. The waiters were friendly – we ended up drinking with ours and also the bus boy – and the company was great. Three bottles of champagne and a macgyvered countdown later found the gang on the beach ringing in 2009 with sand, laughter, drinking, and lots and lots of sea water.
Thanks for the memories. It was a great way to ring in the year.
