Vacation Time In Borocay

I flew on a prop plane a few days ago to an island in the Pacific Ocean. I watched sailboats sail into the sunset. I swam in clear blue waters and played in white sand. I snorkeled amongst coral reefs and para sailed over it all.

I saw majestic beauty as I watched waves crash against an island cave and fell in love with the country of my birth. A thousand miles from home I watched the sun dip over the horizon and thought of home. It’s hard to think of those you left behind and wish they were here but sometimes you do. You wish very much that they were here to join you.

Arman asked me if I had learned anything yet. I think I learned that sometimes you need to let go to find something beautiful.

Soon I’ll leave this island for another one and another after that but I hope I’ll never stop moving. I’m looking for something found in the future.
